    Image Credit and copyright: Matt Cook Join us for a fairly strenuous morning walk of some 4.5 miles meeting at Bedales Car Park from 10.00 am for a prompt 10.30 am start. This walk will include a climb up the Shoulder of Mutton Hill and a stop at the Edward Thomas Memorial Stones for some readings from his work.     Sunday 2nd June 2024 11.30am from Clapham Junction station Meet outside Sainsbury’s close to the station What Three Words https://w3w.co/alarm.choice.code Lucy Milner, Edward & Helen’s great-granddaughter, will be leading the walk, largely following the map and guidance kindly provided by Benedict Mackay https://edward-thomas-fellowship.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/1.-Wandsworth-Common.pdf  I would highly recommend downloading/reading this document in advance. This walk is approximately 4kms and will be undertaken at a leisurely pace, taking time for readings, chances to photograph, ask questions etc, en route.     The Edward Thomas Birthday Walk will take place on Sunday 2nd March 2025 Please register in advance for either of the walks and / or the AGM through Ticket Tailor by following this link. Participants should assemble in the car park of Bedales School, Church Road, Steep, GU32 2DG for a safety briefing. Members of the fellowship will read appropriate poems and prose during the walks.
